A few words from Dex during the boys 12 hour stomach bug extravaganza.
1) Wednesday morning, 3:30 am, in the bathroom curled up on the floor: "My stomach just keeps being all crazy!"
2) Wednesday morning, 4:30 am, standing over me as I lay in bed: "My bed is all Puuuuky!" (emphasize the "u" sound).
3) Wednesday morning, 10:00 am, standing by Corbin while he puts on his shoes: "Corbin's shoes are all muddy because he puuuked on them!" (once again, emphasis on the "u" sound).
I love that kid. Way to make me laugh during a very unpleasant, throw-up filled day.

Don't you love it? We did that last night. And after his first bout of diarrhea Seth was all, "Huh. That was funny." Okay then.
Oh my gosh! Those are the moments people without kids and who never want them love to criticize, but as mothers when we write down the good stuff that happens with the bad it is never a horrible memory.
