I finally got around to taking some pics of our new house, and figured I would also take some of our new van while I was at it. We bought the van last wednesday kinda out of the blue. We have been talking about buying one ever since we found out we were preggers back in march, and since we had the money for a down payment just sitting in our savings account, we thought we better just do it before we spend the money on something we don't need. It was cool though, we did a lot of looking on the internet, and ended up getting a pretty smoking deal. It is a 2007 dodge caravan with only 15,000 miles, which we got for $13,995. We put $5,000 down, so we should be able to cover the payments. its pretty exciting to be able to leave whenever I want, even when scott is at work. I also just wanted to mention that we finally got our automatic garage door opener installed yesterday, so we don't have to open it by hand anymore, which is very nice.

Love the house! We only have 2 kids, but I already feel like my van is a necessity. Hope you love yours too. Anyway how fun to be starting out new up there. Your house looks new. Is it newly built, or just newer? Houses are "fun". I mean it is fun to work on to make them look nicer, but it take a lot of time and money to do it. We have had our house for over a year and finally just got the grass.
The house looks great. Where exactly in Idaho are you? And you will just love your new freedom with the van! Enjoy!
The house was built in 2006, only 1 other family has lived in it, so it's almost new. We are still in Boise, just really south, almost in the outskirts. We get a "wonderful" cow smell at night cause we are so close to farms now.
Hey Chelle! Look at you with your fancy new van. That is awesome, now you can get around. Looks like you guys are doing great. The house is so cute!
Well congraggies back! Look at you guys, new house, new van, I am so happy to see you guys reaping the benefits of your frugality and saving. Hooray! Love you guys. I miss you.
Love the house! It's so great! So glad to hear you've got a car. I can only imagine the difference it has made! I love my van. I love being a minivan mom :). haha
