Buying a house

Since Scott and I moved to boise 3 months ago, we have periodically looked at some houses on the internet, and driven around to grab flyers from houses for sale. We signed a six month lease for our apartment so we can't move until the end of June. So we planned to start really looking for a house as soon as we returned home from our cruise in the end of April, but we just can't wait any longer.
Scott called a realtor yesterday, and we are going to actually look at some houses tomorrow morning. There are a few that we have seen on the internet that we are pretty excited about that we are going to see. The cool thing about buying a house this time is that we get to look at houses that are everything we want. When we bought our house in Utah, it wasn't the best market, and there wasn't much to choose from, especially in our price range. We kinda had to settle for a house that was smaller than we wanted, and farther away than we wanted to be. Right now we are in a buyers market, and there are so many houses to choose from in our price range, including brand new, never before lived in homes.
Since Scott accepted his job with Russell back in september, we have had so many amazing opportunities. We would never have been able to afford any of these houses without having moved here. We miss our families and friends, but we don't regret our decision.
