So Dexy turned six last week! He's such a big boy. He was nine months old when we moved to Idaho...I can't believe how much time has gone by!
He had a Spongebob birthday this year, that's his latest obsession. I made him mini-Spongebob and mini-Patrick dolls. He was pretty excited. He also had Spongebob wrapping paper and a spiffy Spongebob cake (from Walmart, I never claimed to be super-mom). He also got a bunch of other stuff made for awesome six year old boys like him!
Dexter is such a cool kid. He hardly seems like the same kid that threw Earth shattering temper tantrums over not getting to close the garage, or having to use a blue plate instead of a yellow one. He's freaking awesome. He is a big talker and could probably win a medal for the longest stories ever. He still thinks Corbin is the coolest brother ever and tries very hard to be like him, but lately he thinks Ivy is awesome too and they play together pretty often...its adorable.
Anyway, we love having Dexter in our family. He makes life so much more exciting. We love this kid. Happy sixth birthday Dexy!
