Corbin's Birthday

I feel a little guilty getting to this a full 2 weeks late, but at least I am getting to it! Corbin turned 4 years old on November 16th. I can't believe he is so old!! November is by far the busiest month for our family, with my birthday the day after Halloween, Ivy's birthday the 7th, Corbin's birthday the 16th (I blame Valentines Day!) and of course thanksgiving following soon after. Not to mention this year it has been full of Ivy's arrival and surgeries etc, I'm sure he'll understand in the future why I have gotten to it so late.
Anyway, on November 15th Corbin, Dexter, Scott, Grandma Marde and I all went to Jungle Jims to celebrate Corbin's birthday. We had pizza and rootbeer, and Corbin got to ride on tons of rides and had so much fun. I was afraid he might get over stimulated and throw a tantrum when it was time to leave, but that didn't happen. He was so good the whole time, and so was Dex, it was a very pleasant day.
Afterward we opened presents and had cupcakes with icecream. Corbin was so funny opening the presents, he would unwrap them and as soon as he got the gift out of the paper he would immediately toss it aside without even looking at it and move on to the next one. We got him a digital camera of his very own (the indestructible one made just for kids), some of those new lego type blocks that are all bumpy (I forget what they are called, but they are cool), and a new spongebob watch (he is learning to tell time). Grandma marde gave him a homemade spongebob blanket and pillowcase, that he is very excited to put on his bed when we finally get home, and grandma Floyd gave him a very cute new book for him to read at church. It was a good day, I think he had a really good time, and loves the fact that he is 4!

It looks like he had a fun time on his birthday. I hope all is going well with Ivy.

Heck, so November is just like Christmas at your house with all those birthdays at once. Looks like he was having a good time. He was probably happy to get to spend time with mom.

He's four? It seems like just yesterday you, Dawn, and Kelly were pregnant. Where does time go?

I love the fact that you post the most awesome pictures. He loves that camera you gave him, so does Dex. He had a super birthday.
